Can you stain quartz?

Quartz in resistant to food and beverage stains. As long as spills are wiped up in a timely manner, staining should not occur. Quartz should be cleaned with a non-abrasive sponge or cloth and quartz cleaner or mild dish soap. Some manufacturers also recommend Simple Green.
