From Humble Beginnings
The Man Behind the Stone
Our founder and operator Paul is a native of Greenville, SC, and has always been a man of initiative and integrity. After medically retiring from the military in 2014, he returned to Greenville and purchased a foreclosed home. When he began the search for countertops, he was frustrated and confused with the selection and service he was finding. He bought a handful of slabs, set them up on handmade frames in his backyard, and created his own solution to the problem. From the humble beginnings of handmade A-frames in Paul’s backyard to over 50 employees serving thousands of families, Paul and his team pledge to provide outstanding service and impeccable quality, all while offering the best customer experience possible.
